VIKO Sports Center invites you to start the academic year actively and sportily!
We’re excited to announce that this year we will have three gym locations across different areas of Vilnius. Our trainers will assist you in starting your workout routine with advice, creating exercise and nutrition programs, and we will offer group training sessions for women. We invite you to join the women’s, men’s basketball, men’s football, and women’s and men’s volleyball teams participating in various championships.

Group full-body workouts for VIKO community girls and women!
Workouts take place on:
- Monday and Wednesday from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM (Olandų g. 16).
- Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM (Studentų g. 39, in the gym).
The sessions are led by athletic training coaches Jorigis Budrys and Igor Lapušinskij, who provide guidance and assistance during workouts.
